Shipping

Phinspired offers coast-to-coast shipping across the United States, and also ship to select destinations in Canada and Europe. No matter where you are, you can bring a piece of the Philippines into your home through our fine art and canvas prints.

All orders within the United States come with free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase required. We believe in transparent pricing, any applicable taxes (such as sales tax where required by law, based on the shipping destination) will be calculated and shown at checkout. For international customers in Canada and Europe, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times within the U.S. are estimated at 8–10 business days from the date of shipment. For orders to Canada and Europe, delivery times may take longer depending on your region and local postal services. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and can vary slightly depending on shipping volume and customs processing for international deliveries.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your Phinspired prints arrive safely and in excellent condition.

While we do our best to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, holidays, customs clearance, or high seasonal demand. No Returns, Just Replacement

We stand behind the quality of our prints and want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. That’s why we offer a No Returns, Just Replacement policy—because we believe in keeping things simple, stress-free, and fair.

If your order arrives with any issue—such as a bent corner, print defect, or if you received the wrong item—we’re here to make it right. There's no need to return the item. Just send us an email at the address provided on our Contact page, and we’ll handle the rest.

To process your replacement, you must contact us within 7 days from delivery. Simply send us an email regrading the issue and include clear photos or a short video that shows the problem. This helps us verify the issue quickly and begin preparing your replacement. There are no lengthy forms, no return shipping hassles, and no additional cost to you.

Once verified, we’ll ship out a replacement as quickly as possible. Whether it's a fine art print or a canvas, you'll receive the corrected version in the same high-quality standard that Phinspired is known for.

• Framing the print is highly recommended to protect it from damages.

• For quick cleaning, dust your canvas with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
• For a deep clean, use a clean damp cloth to wipe the canvas as gently as possible.
• Do not display in area with direct sunlight to keep the print from fading over time.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals and abrasive tools that may damage the canvas or scrub away the ink.
• Clean with care and let it dry on its own. Don’t soak or spray the canvas.
• Avoid displaying or storing in damp, humid areas to prevent molds on print and warping of stretcher bars.
